Sunday School and Youth Ministry

"Suffer the little children to come unto Me, & forbid them not: for such is the Kingdom of God." Luke 10:13

Eastlea Tabernacle also reaches out to the youth. There are four main groups the senior (open) group, 12-14 group, 6- 11 group and last but not least, the preschool group 3-6. All the youth have their Sunday school session every Sunday at 0900hrs.

Sunday School Suprintendent - Johnson Dondo

I was born on the 21st of February 1966, 4th in a family of eleven. I grew up in the Dutch Reformed church but later joined the Apostolic Faith Mission in search of the Holy Ghost. In 1987 at the age of 21, I met a brother who was a message believer. From that time I have never looked back. In 2000 I was appointed a teacher in our Sunday School, a position I have held till 2007 when I was appointed Superintendent. I am married to Margaret (wed on the 30th of August 1998) and the Lord has blessed us with 3 wonderful boys.

Senior group regularly have singles meetings with the Pastor. These meetings are announced at church.

Dedicated parents and grandparents run the Sunday school. Activities include Bible studies, bible plays, verse recitations, singing etc. All young people are welcome to Sunday school.
